Lighthouse Resort Inn & Suites

Had a wonderful time with family and friends. Rachel our bartender was the best! She made us feel like family. Wish we could have taken her back home. The new pool is amazing as well as the new rooms. Tiki bar is so fun. Location is great and very convenient to the beach.

Best place to stay in Fort Myers Beach. Rooms are super comfortable and clean. Love having a tiki bar and poolside bar. The best part of this resort is the staff and bartenders. Rachel went above and beyond to accommodate for us and any of our needs. I definitely recommend everybody to experience this resort.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom that was freshly redone. It was located within the gated area to the pool. Super convenient to walk right out to the deck chairs. There was a tiki bar right there and another bar on-site that was really popular for their entertainment. Location was amazing! Walk to the beach or downtown for great restaurants in minutes. There is still a little reconstruction going on at the resort from the hurricane, but we had a great time for our first time in Ft. Myers Beach.

We had a fabulous time at this laid back island beach resort. They have a newer section and some original/older units. We stayed in the older units and they were quite comfortable. Not super modern, but pet friendly and clean. Loved the kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Staff was very nice. The tiki bar/restaurant was hopping and everything we ate there was delicious! Very convenient location. A very short walk to the beach and to the small downtown strip with restaurants. They have two pools, but one was closed, so the remaining pool was pretty full. The family pool is brand new and the adjacent tiki bar isn’t completed yet. Soon, I hope, because we will definitely be going back. They have table service for breakfast at the main tiki bar, but you have to order food and drinks at the bar the rest of the day. They do deliver to your table or poolside. It would be nice if they took orders, but not a major inconvenience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing and laid back island vibe.

This was my first time staying at this resort as my family and I always stayed at the sandcastle resort until hurrican Ian. Honestly, best experience ever. Room service cleaned our room. Made the bed, did the dishes, took all our trash, etc daily. The bars food was absolutely incredible. Being able to just order food and have it sent to our room on the days we were too tired was really nice. Always had clean towels in our room as well as coffee. Super close to all the activities we wanted to do. The staff is super friendly and made you feel like family. The new pool was closed due to some issues, which we understand with construction. But all in all the best experience ever at this resort. We will be back to stay again. We love FMB and this place just made our experience even better. Thank you Lighthouse resort staff & crew. You guys really did great and it was an unforgettable experience we will never forget.

My lovely lady and I had an absolutely awesome time at The Lighthouse Resort Hotel in Fort Myers Beach! The atmosphere was lively from start to finish — the place was jumping with great energy and good people. The highlight for us was the classic rock cover band that had everyone singing along and dancing under the lights. Huge shoutout to bartender Tracy, who kept the drinks flowing and the vibe perfect all night. Between the music, great service, and fun crowd, this spot really captures that laid-back Florida beach spirit. Can’t wait to come back!

Local residents on a quick staycation. Probably the best hotel experience we have encountered at FMB in 11+yrs. Clean, very helpful and friendly staff start to finish. Good food. Spacious room. Excellent t location. Value is beyond anything we have experienced in FMB. 4th flr, 1 bedroom ste, with 2 Qn beds, dining table, living room, kitchenette, large private terrace balcony overlooking the new (2nd) pool. Would stay again and again. Bar can get very busy and you have to order your food at the actual bar no tableside service. Have to get ice from the bar too. Parking could be a challenge, but patience helps.

It was an interesting place...kind of hard to figure out where to go without directions. You could tell it wasn't very modern but it had been fixed up. The one pool was closed by the state health inspector while we were there and they put us in a room right by the Tiki bar which was doing karaoke until the late hours of the night, but thankfully our air conditioning and fan and having a bed room with a door we could close drowned out the noise. It was very close to walk to the beach and also restaurants which was good because we weren't sure we could get a good parking spot back! Decent value for what it was and the pool by the bar that was working was nice and warm
